Rhythm Beads have been used by some trainers, together with music, to help both horse and rider gain their rhythm. The soft sound of the tiny bells keep beat with the horses gait.
The bells also become useful on trail rides. They alert wildlife to the fact someone is coming
(and hopefully be long gone before you get there).
It is said that Native Americans used to use Rhythm Beads as good luck charms. They beleived the beads would help protect them from evil.
