KARIN STRASSBURGER
- Karin is one of the co-owers of Duck Hollow Farm.
Duck Hollow Farm is a small to medium size lesson and training operation.
- Karin is a Graduate H-4 Pony Clubber
1982 Spring Valley Hounds.
- Karin was the Director of Riding at Camp Aloha in Fairlee, Vermont, Instructor and Dorm Parent at the Vershire Riding School, and also Director of Riding, Instructor of Physical Education and Dorm Parent for George School in Newtown, Pennsylvania.
- Karin has volunteered as an Assistant 4-H Leader and also for the High Horses Therapeutic Riding Program. Currently, Karin is the Organizer/Manager of the North Haverhill Fair Association Spring/Summer Schooling Series.
- Since 1970, Karin's competitive experiences include, showing Hunters and Jumpers locally and C and B rated shows, Combined Training for elementary through preliminary levels. (Mostly horses she has broken and trained herself), and Dressage Training - First and Second Level.

KATHY MARSHALL
- Kathy has a Masters Degree in Physical Education and is a Certified Elementary School Teacher.
- Kathy is one of the co-owers of Duck Hollow Farm.
- Kathy has been a Riding Instructor since 1990. She teaches riding and schools young horses, with an emphasis on combined training.
- Kathy was an Interim Director of Riding at The Aloha Hive Camp in Fairlee, Vermont. She directed the lesson program for children 7-12, supervised all horse care, trained staff in effective teaching methods, and organized trips and other activities related to riding.
- Kathy was also a Riding Instructor at the Vershire Riding School in Vershire, Vermont. She cared for 50 horses throught the year, taught lessons to both adults and children in camp's lesson program and operated off-season riding programs.
